Chromebook Sales Closed / Final Account Deadline

Dear Seniors,

Please be advised that Chromebook sales are now officially closed. If you did not purchase your Chromebook, you must return it to the library by 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 21 to be cleared to receive your graduation packet. It is critical that you meet this deadline. On Friday, May 22nd, we will place a "Do Not Release" label on the packet of every student who has not cleared their library account. This status will impact your ability to receive your graduation packets.

Graduation packets will be distributed on Tuesday, May 26th, after senior breakfast.
Please ensure your account is settled immediately to avoid delays in receiving your packet, so clear your account TODAY!

Johnson NHS

New officers for 2026-2027 have been chosen. Open enrollment for NHS has opened for the 2026-2027 Academic Calendar. We welcome you to enroll. Students must have a GPA of 3.5 or above. Pickup Forms in Rooms: B229 with Mrs. Ruth Carvajal or A211 with Mrs. Sara Santos. All applications must be turned in by May 26, 2026, and signed by the new member and parent. A $25 one-time fee must be attached to their latest transcript to verify their GPA.

Johnson E-Sports

Attention LBJ High! Are you ready to settle the score on the big screen? Back by popular demand, the Johnson Esports is officially hosting a Smash Duos Tournament! Grab a partner and get ready for a 2v2 showdown at the LBJ High School Library.

Qualifying matches kick off after school on May 18, with the Finals taking place on May 19. We’re playing Best of 3 on Big Battlefield—3 stocks, 7 minutes, and strictly no items.

This is a team-only competition, so make sure you’re squared away before hitting that register button! To ensure the bracket runs smoothly, please keep the following in mind:This is a Duos Competition. Everyone who signs up must have a teammate. Both players must register using the exact same Team Name. Players who sign up without a teammate will not be accepted.

Check your school email right now for the registration form. Spots are limited and it’s first-come, first-served! The last day to register is Friday, May 15th. Don’t forget: bringing your own controller is mandatory.
