ADVANCEMENT TO ALL RATES/RANKS
1. ALL CADETS MUST MAINTAIN GOOD BEHAVIOR IN SCHOOL AND THE COMMUNITY TO ADVANCE. IF A CADET RECEIVES A DISCIPLINE REFERRAL THAT RESULTS IN ISS IN AN ADVANCEMENT CYCLE THAT CADET WILL RECEIVE A LETTER OF WARNING FROM THE NSI/SNSI AND WILL NOT ADVANCE IN THAT CYCLE. TWO DISCIPLINE REFERRALS IN ONE ADVANCEMENT CYCLE WILL RESULT IN THAT CADET BEING REDUCED IN RATE/RANK.
2. IF A CADET IN PLACED IN OSS AS A RESULT OF A DISCIPLINARY ACTION THAT CADET WILL BE REDUCED AT LEAST ONE GRADE IN RANK/RATE AND NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO ADVANCE IN THE NEXT TWO CYCLES.
3. CADETS WHO ARE HABITUALLY LATE TO CLASS OR HAVE MORE THAN 10 UNEXCUSED ABSENCES FROM CLASS WILL NOT ADVANCE AND WILL RECEIVE AT LETTER OF INSTRUCTION FROM THE NSI/SNSI.
4. CADETS WHO FAIL TO WEAR THE UNIFORM ON TWO OCCASIONS WHEN IT IS REQUIRED WILL NOT ADVANCE AND WILL RECEIVE A LETTER OF INSTRUCTION FROM THE NSI/SNSI. FAILURE TO WEAR THE UNIFORM A THIRD TIME WILL RESULT IN THAT CADET BEING REDUCED IN RATE/RANK.
